Orrington Residence Wins Design Evanston Award!

It’s been a big week for us here at 1234 Sherman. On Monday our project for Pi Beta Phi Sorority was recognized by the Evanston Preservation Commission with an award for design excellence and innovation in preservation. On Thursday, the design advocacy group Design Evanston presented our Orrington Residence project with an award for residential design excellence.  Thanks to our consultants, contractors and especially to our clients, Richard and Mary, for their commitment to ‘doing it right.’
