Streeterville Residence

Ed and Alcie, developers from Dallas, had years of experience working with architects and renovating homes when they moved to Chicago and selected us to completely renovate their Streeterville high-rise condominium. Ed, an accountant by training, sent us their initial floor plan ideas "sketched"’ by outlining cells in an Excel spreadsheet.  That’s what we call creative accounting!  We developed those ideas and came up with several of our own to help realize their goal of a warm, contemporary home.  Built-in cabinetry takes advantage of previously wasted pockets of space and provides a backdrop for their collection of art.  We provided complete interior design services and were actively involved in administering construction to make sure every last detail turned out perfectly.
