Sarah and Justin had watched several mid-century ranches on their block torn down and replaced with new homes that lacked the character of the originals. We were pleased that they selected us to expand their home in a way that amplifies the home’s mid-century modern character. We opened up the first floor for a more open plan while keeping one bedroom for visiting parents. The second floor has three bedrooms including a new master suite and a deck overlooking their back yard.
